All the equipments & Computers of the Institute have to handle carefully and as per given instruction If there is any loss due to carelessness, the concerned candidate will have to pay penalty for the damages and also institute always dismiss your class.

20. Amount once paid towards admission/Programme Fee neither refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances.

21. All the legal matter is subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

22. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement
